I had my 1st sitting at the clinic today. The staff here are very polite. I was treated by Tanmayee, she was very polite and she made me feel at comfort before starting the procedure. She also explained the entire procedure in detail so I had full clarity before getting the treatment. The services are amazing!

So based upon my skin, the Dr Umaira, suggested me few treatments which turned out to be really effective for me.

I finally got all my concerns resolved at Queens by Dr. Umaira. The entire staff was so welcoming. Dr. Umaira is a celebrity aesthetician and it definitely shows. She was so professional and assisted me with all my questions. She is literally the best in town. I really want to give a shout out to the receptionist Vaishali and the employee Chanda who did my micro-needling. Vaishali was so cooperative and so helpful. She was working alone at the front desk and it was busy but she was so attentive and alert. Always had a smile on her. She knew her job and I was very happy. And Chanda was so gentle and so understanding and supportive. She made me feel so comfortable and was so sweet. Chanda and Vaishali is definitely an asset for Queens.

I have been visiting this clinic since the past 8 months now and have been treated by Dr. Hetanshi who has been wonderfully guiding me. My laser hair removal procedure was done by Ritika and Tanmayee. Both of them are really good at what they do and were extremely patient with me. I recommend visiting this clinic for all skin and hair related issues.

I visit Queens by Dr. Umaira every month, and once again, I had an amazing experience. The services are always excellent, but what truly stands out is the staff , they are always so professional and welcoming.

This time, I met Jiya. First of all, she is very warm and welcoming. She knows her work really well and is extremely professional in everything she does plus her smile is enough to brighten your day

I love my Doctor Umaira 🤍 & Had a really wonderful experience at this clinic.
The entire team is extremely professional, warm, and welcoming. The doctors are knowledgeable, patient, and make you feel comfortable throughout the process. The clinic maintains great hygiene standards and the overall atmosphere is very calming and positive.

Absolutely love being at Queens clinic..Dr. SHACHI has been extremely patient and helpful with all my treatments and procedures and gives me the right advice always for all my skin concerns. She is brilliant at her job and is extremely knowledgeable and confident. I hae seen a significant change in my skin. All thanks to her and Dr Umera. I had a really great experience with face LHR at Queens Clinic. The staff was extremely welcoming, polite, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the session, therapist santoshi was absolutely a gem. Best clinic ever ritika was so good she was very helpfull after suggestion of doc umaira my skin has got very good excellent treatments are there even front desk Disha and priyanka was very humble and helpfull dr hetanshi did my procedure it was best the staff was very professional and experienced they explains everything clearly and gives you option as well as educated explanation of each
